Standard check-in time is 1.00 p.m. and check-out time is 11.00 a.m. Child policy will apply. Rates are subject to revision and applicable existing or new taxes. Rooms are subject to availability. A 25% advance deposit is required within 7 days of the initial reservation to confirm the booking. Failure to do so will result in automatic cancellation. The 25% advance payment is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. All cancellations must be notified in writing via email. Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival will incur a 100% cancellation fee. For bookings from 20 December 2026 to 10 January 2027, a 50% non-refundable advance payment is required, with no date changes permitted under any circumstances. Failure to settle required payments within the stipulated timelines may result in automatic cancellation.
The promotions are open to all holders of Mastercard and Visa Credit / Debit Cards issued by Hatton National Bank PLC. The card member(s) is/are to settle the total bill via their HNB Mastercard and Visa Credit / Debit Card to be eligible for the discount offered.
